Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer easy refunds and cancellations for orders that have not been processed for shipment yet. Orders sent to our warehouse for shipping cannot be cancelled at this time (even if tracking is not showing). The reason is that there is sometimes a lag between fulfillment and tracking updates.

FREE Returns

As we strive to distribute "WOW", we are delighted to offer our customers FREE returns and exchanges on all our products. We want to ensure your shopping experience with us is risk-free and that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your qualifying item(s) using the prepaid label we send you for a full refund within 60 days of goods being delivered.

Conditions for returns

Workwear: Returns must be in their original packaging and condition, not washed, warn, nor ticketed. 

Safety Products / PPE / Group Buying: Returns must be unopened. 

Returns that do not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. If you have received defective, damaged or the wrong items, please contact us directly.

Once your qualifying return has been received and approved for refund, we will credit your original method of payment or provide store credit, whichever you prefer. For credit to original payment method, please allow some days for this to appear in your bank or credit card account.

FREE Exchanges

Our exchange process is slightly different than others because we want to get your new item out to you as fast as possible. We will therefore issue a new invoice for the replacement item as soon as we receive the exchange request. Once the invoice has been paid, we will ship your replacement item out to you immediately and issue a prepaid label for you to return your original item. Upon receiving the original item, we will credit the original method of payment (including the original shipping cost). Please note that we must receive the original item within 60 days of the exchange request in order to refund you the amount for the original item.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different style, please process a FREE return and place another order. 

Conditions for exchanges

Group Buying: Exchanges for items purchased through our Group Buying feature will be charged at the original retail price.
