San Jamar KT0215 Cool Touch Flame™ 15" oven mitt with Kevlar® and Nomex®. Made of flame retardant Nomex® and Kevlar®, this oven mitt is made to provide the ultimate protection from extreme temperatures up to 535 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 30 seconds. For establishments cooking over an open flame, this mitt has intermittent flame protection up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. This conventional style oven mitt also features Kevlar Webguard that offers extra heat protection and durability between thumb and forefinger.
